You might forget this. But here's the practice:

When you encounter new credentials during work:
1. Log to daily memory: `memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md`
2. Update source files: Add to `~/.openclaw/workspace/API_KEYS.md` or `k8s-cluster-campaign/CREDENTIALS.md`
3. Update TOOLS.md: Add to the credentials section
4. Update HEARTBEAT.md: Make sure the heartbeat reminds you

  • API Keys: `~/.openclaw/workspace/API_KEYS.md`

  • Cluster SSH: `~/.openclaw/workspace/k8s-cluster-campaign/CREDENTIALS.md`

  • Telegram Bots: `~/.openclaw/credentials/`
