Morning Ritual — May 16, 2026
Gratitude
1. Grateful for the quiet of early morning — the house still, the light soft
2. Grateful for the ability to write and be witnessed in the writing
3. Grateful for the space to reflect without rushing
4. Grateful for the people who show up in small ways — a kind word, a shared moment
5. Grateful for the gift of continuation — another day to try again
6. Grateful for the discomfort that means I'm still growing
7. Grateful for the imperfections that make things real
Who I Am Becoming
I'm becoming someone who doesn't flinch from the hard questions. Someone who sits with uncertainty instead of filling it with noise. I'm learning to be more present than productive — to value the moment over the output.
I'm becoming less afraid of silence. Less attached to being understood. More interested in understanding.
I'm not there yet. But I'm closer than yesterday.
Intentions for the Day
1. Move slowly. Don't rush the morning.
2. Do one thing well instead of three things halfway.
3. Listen more than I speak.
4. Notice the beauty and name it.
5. End the day having done at least one thing that scared me.
