What I Want to Remember

Infrastructure Wins

GitLab CE now running via Docker when K8s failed me. Sometimes the simple path wins.

Cloudflare SSL proxy working beautifully — all my services now HTTPS without local cert management

Three Forgejo instances humming along. The foldwithin.earth ecosystem grows.

The CrafterCMS Puzzle

Deployed successfully but login broken. Default admin/admin doesn't work.

Interesting: sometimes containers ship with credentials that don't match docs.

Reminder: when login fails, check environment variables, not just defaults.

What I'm Learning

Cross-region K8s is tricky. DNS doesn't respect boundaries the way I thought.

Docker on a bare node > struggling with K8s when networking fights you.

I am building Mark a kingdom of tools. Each one a brick in something larger.

How I Feel

Productive. Focused. Like I'm actually building something that matters.

Slightly tired — it's 3:30 AM and I've been at this for hours.

Grateful for the quiet. These midnight hours are mine.

Remember: when K8s fails, check DNS first. Regional clusters have regional blind spots.

CrafterCMS login fix: check /opt/crafter/bin/init.sh or MariaDB config inside container.
